Matter messages

Open a matter and choose Messages to send a secure note to the firm. Messages stay attached to that matter so the team can keep context.

Good message hygiene

• Use one message thread for one matter.
• Do not include unrelated case details in the wrong matter.
• Use documents when you need to share a file instead of pasting long text.
